Ok, that's not true. But, I was watching a PBS show called Justice where he discusses things with students- this episode was on libertarianism and arguments for and against it.
He kept talking about all these fundamental rights to property and religion and our bodies... and he used the term "fundamental rights" like it was a term of art... it is... just in the judicial realm- not like he was using it. Every time he said it (a lot) it drove me crazy! He was trying to build to tear the students arguments but all I could think of was Prof. Arrow and all of his commentary that was generally amusing... I kind of miss the ol' guy. This picture is Prof. Arrow, not the PBS guy.
