Internet Dating

So, I'm not into the whole internet dating thing- I'm not on a man hunt. BUT, if "RichChurchOfChristCowboys.com" existed I would be on there with my credit card ready for any membership fee.

Does the word 'condone' confuse anyone else? I cannot use it, and if you say it, it takes me a full minute to decide if it's pro or con, then I tuned out anything that came after it so I'm lost. I've looked it up in the dictionary about 10 times, and I still don't get it. I'm not sure why, it just has a negative sound to it, but it isn't. Who made that word up anyway?

Tonight I went with a friend way out onto the boonie beaches where no one else is for miles and watched the meteor shower. He said it was best around 9 pm and after 2 am. Well we got there about 10. So we laid there and talked forever and ever. It was fun, but I kept thinking I saw something- but no it was a bug or a plane or anything but a meteoroid (whatever). Then by 2:30 I finally saw my first one! I've always wanted to see them, but I always thought "was that it?" When I really saw it, it was obvious though. Anyway, there were tons of them from about 2:30-3:30 am. It was so cool- most were white, but we saw some green and blue too! Then I fell asleep (not in the sand with the crabs though), woke up soon, and I finally got home about 5. It was a long and wonderful night! But I haven't stayed up this late since living with Kelsey five years ago.

Anyway, I'm excited to have one friend in Corpus now- and to be enjoying all the new, exciting, and free things to do here. I'll post pics and happenings of the past few weeks eventually, I just have to get the pics on my computer first.
