When I Die, Please Don't Tattoo My Face on Your Body

At the end of week 1 of work I can definitely say I have so much to learn!  I'm getting it though, but I'm going to have to spend lots of time this weekend fixing things I have been doing wrong (or not-so-well) all week (which won't be so hard when I get a check for close to 12 times the amount I was making at the previous job).  Can't wait until I understand what is going on though!  It's also a lot of work: travel Monday morning, work 8-5 M-F, spend a couple hours every day after 5 working on my own, then however many after-hours meeting with other team members- all a new experience for me, but I'm enjoying getting to know some of the other people and learning.
Being in a small town in the middle of nowhere I discovered that Dollar General has some very fun items.  I've always hated that store and avoid it (I think they raise the prices to be on the dollar- instead of being 89 cents, they price it $1).  But, this one had lots of interesting old-school items- like the little strawberry mints in the wrapper that looks like a strawberry- but in my effort to be ridiculously cheap I did not make the purchase.  Thank goodness the nearest Super Wal-Mart is in Uvalde, 40 miles away or I may not have been so discerning with my funds.
Apparently tomorrow when we head back home to New Braunfels it will be snowing/icy, I can't wait for that drive!
I wish I had an exciting post, but I don't.  But please take the title of this post seriously, I just saw a memorial to someone tattooed on someone.  I didn't know which face to look at- the pseudo-realistic looking portrait of his dead father on his chest or his actual face.  Weird.
