New Lawyer Induction Ceremony

I now have completed step 34 out of 671 to become an official lawyer. November 18th we headed to Austin for the official swearing in ceremony. It was a nice ceremony- short and sweet. The Tx Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals convened- a few short encouraging words, then we took the oath and left!

I still cannot officially practice law until I get my license, but I've paid my fees and it should be arriving in the next few weeks (not that I am doing anything lawyerly that I need it asap).
